Group training

We believe dog training classes should be enjoyable and engaging for your dog, while also  helping owners learn practical training techniques. At Coleen’s Doggie Training we use  reward-based, positive reinforcement dog training methods to help dogs learn quickly and  confidently.  Our group dog training classes in Dublin and Kildare are kept intentionally small, with a  maximum of 8 dogs per class, ensuring each dog and owner receives individual guidance  throughout the session.  Each class lasts one hour and is designed to help dogs develop reliable obedience skills  while strengthening the relationship between dog and owner.

Our Puppy Training Academy

Give your puppy the best possible start with our Puppy Training Academy, designed specifically for puppies up to 12 months of age. This structured puppy training course in Dublin and Kildare runs over four weeks, helping both you and your puppy learn how to live happily together while building strong foundations for behaviour and obedience. During this course we cover the key skills every puppy needs to learn. In our indoor puppy training venue, we teach essential commands including:

  • Sit Down
  • Stay
  • Recall
  • Lead walking
  • Leave it

While obedience is important, the most valuable part of our puppy classes is learning how to build a strong bond between your family and your new puppy in a safe, positive and ethical way.

Our training helps puppies grow into well-mannered, confident and social family dogs.

This course currently runs on Thursday evenings at 7pm. Pre-booking is essential.

Cost: €135 for the 4-week puppy training course, which includes:

  • Course notes
  • Training guidance
  • All treats used during classes

Individual dog training

Group classes are not suitable for every dog. Some dogs benefit more from private dog training sessions where we can work on specific behaviour challenges in a calmer environment.

We therefore offer individual dog training in Dublin and Kildare, providing personalised training plans tailored to your dog’s needs.
